MY SKILL SETS

Team Lead

Anything from organising a team, introducing new processes to work better as a group, and faciliating communication with other stakeholders. I do believe that a team isn’t efficiently working together out of the box, but rather thrives by learning to self-organise embracing Agile principles. As a team lead, I see my mission as making sure to push the team to innovate while ensuring to deliver what is valuable.

Full Stack Developer

Working on the client-side and the server-side of code development have brought me an excellent understanding of what a good web application architecture is. Following the best practices can make a massive difference to allowing the platform to grow/scale out as well as to automatising the deployment process. I’m specialised in JavaScript, but I’m very keen on Python and Go.

Agile Practitioner

Producing a high-quality software that answers the right customers’ needs only happens by making customers the top priority during all stages of development. Adopting a user-centric approach by asking the right questions via the hypothesis-driven development is an uninvaluable way to increase the project’s success rate.
